To make our vision come true United Sires is seeking highly motivated Sales Managers to join our international sales team. These full-time positions report to Executive Vice President and offer a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of United Sires. We are the breeders!
United Sires is looking for driven, self-starting individuals to join our international sales team. If you are highly motivated, independent, passionate about cows and genetics, business-minded, and eager to be part of a dynamic and successful team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase unit and value market share in assigned markets/territories. Provide ongoing support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and large dairy management insights to large dairies (1,000-50,000 cows). Conduct educational seminars to clients in the region.
- Develop and execute on budget defined for your region
- Develop and manage distributor accounts to maximize sales growth and market penetration. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned markets/territories, including customers, distributors, sales teams, and industry partners. Regular travel to the regions is part of the job.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of market/territory-specific requirements, including relevant regulations, industry trends, etc.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Export Coordinators, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, attending relevant shows & exhibitions, and company events and training programs as required.

- This position is a fully remote, home-based office. Preferably within reasonable distance to assigned regions

Expectations
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven knowledge of large dairy management
- Proven international working experience (B2B) as a business development manager, sales manager, or key accounts, preferably in the bovine livestock genetics industry.
- Strong understanding of bovine animal genetics and relevant programs/technologies.
- Fluent in English language, and proficient in one or more other languages preferred.
- Proficient in Advanced MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
- Effective reporting, time management and planning abilities.
- Veterinary degree, BS or University degree in Agricultural or Business Field
